Hello I surprised for this app, it's have only one ex for any topic... There's no variety of exercises.. Disappointed me..
Good plans when your looking for something new and fun for your team
Love the way its set out great diagrams, but add more sessions please there are a limited availablilty of these. Please add more the 5 stars

Although some of the drills are simplistic, this is a very good tool for the oops! I don't have my practice plan with me.
Has some great drills and take a lot of though out of training .. It's also nice to see the age appropriate option between different versions. Some of the descriptions can be a little confusing but all in all it's pretty good.
This was a life saver today when my original practice plan was left at home. Great job!
